We provide 100% bulk-billed video assessments for adults aged 18+ living in eligible rural, regional, and remote areas.
We partner with your rural GP to create a comprehensive management plan. This gives you access to specialist advice without travelling to the city.
Our Focus
We focus on providing high-quality one-off assessments (Medicare Item 291) to support your GP.
Depression
Comprehensive assessment and management plans for major depression and persistent low mood.
Bipolar Disorder
Expert diagnosis and treatment advice for Bipolar I, Bipolar II, and cyclothymia.
Anxiety Conditions
Guidance for generalised anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, and specific phobias.
Obsessive–Compulsive Disorder
Specialised evaluation and treatment planning for OCD and obsessive conditions.
Trauma & Stress
Support for PTSD, acute stress reactions, and adjustment disorders.
Psychotic Disorders
Review and management advice for schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and psychosis.
BPSD (Dementia)
Management of Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia, including agitation and distress.
ADHD (Review Only)
Medication reviews for patients with an existing diagnosis. (We do not offer new ADHD assessments).
Service Exclusions
We do not provide:
- Assessments for patients in Major Cities (rural only)
- Initial assessments for ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Care for eating disorders that require physical monitoring
- Assessments for patients under 18
- Medico-legal, court, or insurance reports
- Long-term psychotherapy or ongoing case management
